Please carefully review these End User Software License Terms (“EULA”, “Agreement”) before using any application, tool, or digital software product created and provided by Beyond Code Dev LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using any of our software, you are agreeing to the following terms. If you don’t agree — do not install, use, or keep any part of our software on your device.
This agreement applies to all digital software we develop or release, including mobile apps, tools, plug-ins, or any related content. If a specific software product includes separate terms, those will override this EULA for that particular product.
License Rights
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use our software. You may only use it for your own private, non-commercial use — and only if you comply with everything listed here.
You’re not allowed to:
Intellectual Property Ownership
Everything we create — code, design, logos, content — is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. It remains the exclusive property of Beyond Code Dev LLC. Using our software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property.
You Agree NOT To Use Our Software To:
(1) Commit fraud, steal identities, or engage in hacking, phishing, or piracy.
(2) Send spam, bulk emails, or hate speech.
(3) Upload or share explicit, illegal, or exploitative content (including child sexual abuse material).
(4) Use stolen credit cards or unauthorized payment methods.
(5) Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the performance or security of our software.
(6) Use scripts, bots, or third-party tools to abuse or manipulate the software.
(7) Access accounts, systems, or networks without permission.
(8) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you do any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access.
Updates & Software Changes
We may update, modify, or improve the software at any time. Updates may be automatic or may require your approval. Continued use of the software after an update means you accept any changes, both technical and legal.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our software “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any guarantees that it will:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You use our software at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of data, damage to your device, or anything else that might result from your use.
Limitation of liabilities
You acknowledge and agree that Beyond Code Dev LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, vendors, distributors, licensors, and service providers shall not be held liable for any form of damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential. In any case, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software or thirty dollars ($30), whichever is lower. Where certain limitations are not enforceable under local law, liability will be restricted to the extent allowed by applicable regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyond Code Dev LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, contractors, employees, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (i) your use of our Software; (ii) your violation or breach of any part of these Terms; and (iii) any harm, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, that you cause to third parties in connection with your use of the Software, including any infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the software. We can also terminate it — without notice — if you break any of these terms. When the agreement ends, your right to use our software also ends immediately.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws Georgia. Any dispute must be resolved in courts located in Georgia. If any part of this agreement is considered invalid, the rest will still apply.
Entire Agreement
This EULA represents the full and final agreement between you and Beyond Code Dev LLC concerning your use of the Software and overrides any previous agreements or understandings.
